System Sensitivity to Pamper your Garments
- Many dryers subject garments to too much heat for too much time. Couple that with overly aggressive mechanical action, and you have a perfect scenario for damaged garments. The PT 7501 pampers and protects garments in a number of ways.

- The Miele PT 7501 provides a choice of either residual moisture or time-controlled drying cycles. The residual moisture cycle monitors actual moisture levels within the laundry. By drying to a specific moisture level the chance of over-drying is virtually eliminated. Certain items such as comforters and down jackets are best dried with a time-controlled cycle to ensure a complete, through drying result.
- The PT 7501 also automatically adjusts the length of the selected drying cycle to compensate for measured differences in water hardness.

- Miele's auto reversing drum action tumbles laundry in two directions. This bi-directional action evenly dries the entire load and prevents items from being "trapped" in the middle of the load. An additional benefit is a marked reduction in wrinkling when compared to a unidirectional process.

- Axial flow drying describes the horizontal flow of heated air in the drum, from the rear to the front. This flow provides an exceptionally gentle treatment where the garments are cushioned on a layer of air as they tumble in the dryer.

- The PT 7501 recycles the air it uses, re-utilitizing approximately 60% of discharged air. This creates shorter running times and substantially lowers operating costs.
